Dylan Tuttle, Project Manager
Dylan Tuttle is the owner-operator of Vulkans Forge Consulting. He is in charge of project management. His background is in business retention and expansion and financial services. He was engaged in the City of Chicago – Local Industrial Retention Initiative for four years, during which time he led two research projects on regional economics and facilitated many public incentives.
Dylan has proven himself capable of lining up public support for business needs. He is firm in his belief that a new type of public-private partnership is needed in today’s economy that shares in the risk of entrepreneurship. His first concern is performance improvement, particularly for companies subject to uncertain demand.
The need for “new entrepreneurs” that can navigate the space between public corporations and government and translate business results into common goods inspired Dylan to form Vulkans Forge Consulting. He is determined to prove that with the right kind of support small asset-based businesses can be leveraged to achieve job growth.
Realizing that these companies need specialized resources, Dylan has scoured his network for the most talented independent consultants available. He has also pursued his own professional development, including a Lean Knowledge Certificate from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers that qualifies him for tactical process improvement projects.
